High-quality domestic products
It is extremely important to us that all our products meet international standards and are safe to use. The quality of respirators and medical face masks is ensured by third-party certification and also by testing materials and products in our own test laboratory. In use we have e.g. Test device supplied by VTT for measuring filtration efficiency.
All the materials we use go through strict quality control processes and all of the raw materials we use have undergone skin-friendly tests. Lifa Air mouthguards and respirators are manufactured in a clean room and are not subjected to any post-treatment. The products are packed clean directly from the production line. This ensures the microbiological purity of the product. Each of our products is traceable.
In Finland, we manufacture the layer of filterable material that is critical for the quality of respirators and medical face masks. This ensures the homogeneity of the filter material and the sufficiency of material critical to maintenance.
Our products are CE marked and manufactured in Finland. As proof of this, our products have the Key Flag label awarded by the Finnish Labor Union. Our product development is constantly working on new product and material innovations so that our customers will continue to receive top-quality products from us.
We are a pioneer in our industry. We work systematically to develop our quality, and Lifa Air has been awarded ISO 9001 certification and ISO13485 certification. In addition, our environmental system is ISO 14001 certified.
